Spandana’s vision is to have self sustaining communities in all geographical areas where they work. And, their mission is to facilitate the development of small informal groups of women and men as sustainable and committed development institutions. They believe in people’s capabilities and that given half-a-chance the marginalized lot of women and men will find their own paths to development.
