Notes/Description
Plain weave, resist-dyed weft. This bright red, green and yellow mudmee in abstract hook and tree motifs on black background indicate the skirt belongs to phu tai people in the upper Isaan region of Thailand. Typically, the tube skirt like this will be worn together with red shoulder sash with discontinuous and continuous supplementary weft.
